- It would be advisable to have us come in to treat and certify your listing after the final walk-through. This guarantees no surface has come into human contact prior to the new owners moving in.
Listings/Sellers
- You could include the fact that your listing has been thoroughly Cleaned & Purified within the standard leave-behind marketing materials. Again, this may help to preemptively relieve any concerns potential buyers may have.
Home Stagers
- Your upholstered inventory could be treated by us upon return from an install or prior to deployment to an install.
