I've rarely had my carpets cleaned because I didn't see much improvement. It was a completely different experience with this company. My carpets looked like new and all the wet dog odor was gone. My two chairs also looked wonderful. The cleaning was great and the technician was such a pleasant, well-mannered young man. The technician really took pride in his work,something not often seen these days. He did such a good job explaining Scotchgard that I purchased that treatment as well. I look forward to having my carpets cleaned regularly.

I have three teenage boys that spill drinks and put much wear and tear on my carpets throughout my house. My home is six years old but my carpet looks almost brand new. After reading all the reviews about "Chris" and Fresh Start I was hoping to receive the same great experience that the reviews gushed about. I did have that same treatment from start to finish. They took their time and asked the right questions and provided me with the service that was unique to my carpets which were badly stained from pets. So far, all the stains are gone and my carpets look great for 10 year old carpet! Thanks Fresh Start for buying me a little more time before replacing my carpet!

Tried Fresh Start this week for carpets our renters left in horrible condition. I thought I would have to replace them, they were so nasty and filthy. What I like about Chris is that he always return calls, quickly. He arrived within the time frame stated, and the prices was what was quotes. Chris was upfront regarding the horrible condition of the carpet, but said he would do his best. He did an excellent job. He got out probably 95% of the dirt and grime. He also stated if the dirt resurfaces he will touch the areas up for free. Fresh Start was well worth the money. Thanks Chris!
